A Journey from Watford to Worldwide Healing

As the year ends, I find myself reflecting on my life and the events that have brought me to this palace. Born in 1977 in Watford General Hospital, just 15 months after my sister Aimee, I am the middle child in a family that would lay the foundation for a journey marked by resilience, self-discovery, and an unwavering commitment to personal growth.

My Story: From Depression to Joy

By the time I was 12, I was suffering from depression; I had changed school, from a comprehensive to an all-girls private school and I really struggled with the transition. I was overweight, angry, and miserable. I hated my father, and a lot of other people, and, looking back, I am pretty sure I hated myself.
