Meditation is the best way I know to connect to the self, and hear the whispers of our Soul
I have been running group guided meditations in person and online since 2014. I have a wealth of experience at facilitating sessions for beginners and experienced meditators, and any one in between.
To me meditation is a practise, a practise of coming back to myself, of listening to myself, of quietening my mind, and allowing through that quietness, to enter a place of more lightness, wholeness and awareness. But because it’s a practise, it means every session is different, it means that sometimes when I meditate my mind is busy, sometimes I’m not sure I’ve actually “got there” and other days, I have a lovely experience where I feel all my troubles melt away and connect with the beautiful inner stillness inside all of us. The more I do it, and the more I hold the intention of letting go, the more this happens. But no matter what, it is the practise and the commitment to having meditation in my life that brings real change.

Each week we connect with source energy, we work with nature, and trees to open our hearts and listen to the whispers of our soul.
Olney Group Tuesday Evenings

Wherever you are with meditating, joining a group amplifies the energy and creates real miracles in your life. I hope to see you at one of my classes, its where the magic is.
Laura Hamblyn is a fully qualified energetic therapist, and
an experienced meditation facilitator, running meditation groups for over 7 years.
The meditation classes are fully guided, and allow for deep relaxation and healing.
Laura specialises in energy body healing meditation, all sessions are inline with the needs of the group.

Practising meditation is so rewarding, the benefits start as soon as we start. We don’t need to be an enlightened master in order to reap the rewards. And scientific experiments have proved the above benefits, other benefits I have experienced which haven’t been proved include, being exactly at the right place at the right time, ie an inmate knowing when to be early or late. Work vanishing from my to do list in front of my eyes, traffic lights changing, parking spaces materialising – the list is endless!

There are several types of meditation, people tend to find a practise that suits them. I have practised many styles of meditation, and find some work better for me than others but all have their place, and I have my own unique style, combining aspects from many of these practises, which I find works very well for people that find coming into stillness and quietening the mind tricky (as I did)
