I love this powerful quote
So often we feel we need to change something, when things aren’t going right
Or when we feel scared, or in fear
I get that
But it’s not so helpful
How about we learn to sit with the discomfort and wait until our vibration has changed
And then focus on hope and possibility and make changes and decisions from there
One of the best ways I know to shift perspective is to get an energy healing, to connect with a therapist who can clean out any blockages and help me perceive more of my truth
