Tips to help you connect with nature

Who doesnt feel better from being outside? Even in the rain and the wind, my soul feels nurtured and refreshed from getting closer to the elements. Nature heals. 
There are so many benefits to spending time in nature
Better sleep
Less depression, anxiety and improved mental health
Exercise

My favourite book about this is the science and art of tree bathing.

And yet we spend more and more time inside, offices, homes and places of entertainment.

One of the best things about the last 18 months is how much time I’ve spent walking, or even chatting in gardens. The fresh air is awesome.
