Little and often is key, try doing this for 3 mins 10 times a day, perhaps every time you sit down, start by tree routing, and notice the changes to your energy.
Tree routing activates the base chakra which will help with all areas of security including abundance. Having a good base chakra really helps us live a fully embodied human life here on earth.
