To all the strong women in the world, I see you

Strength comes in many many forms

I see such amazing strength around me, in my clients, my family, my friends, and in people I don’t know

Sometimes choosing to love yourself, in this world full of craziness can be one of the most courageous acts and displays of strength

Know that you are strong, you are beautiful, and let fear know, today is not its day, because today is your day.
