Why Should I be Nourished?
For many people, especially those who aren’t used to taking time out at a retreat, you may be wondering why I am sending you this email and inviting you to come and be nourished.
I imagine that you often put yourself last, and have a long list of stuff you are always doing for others. And that you have got used to living with a certain level of stress, that it has become fairly normal and you may not even remember what it’s like to feel stress-free.
However, stress causes a lot of harm to our physical and mental well-being, and affects our sleep and our relationships. You may be so stressed you feel like you are constantly firefighting your way through life, only to realise you’re a decade older than you thought and you no longer know who you are, what your hopes and dreams are or where you are going in life.
This may be normal but it’s not the way it has to be, it was the way I believed I’d spend my life, but then, let’s call it fate, came along and redirected me, and now I am passionate about helping others choose another way.
What Will Being Nourished Look Like?
This retreat has been designed to nourish every part of your body mind and soul.
We picked Patrick Brompton Hall because not only does it ooze luxury, but It is also a family home, and has such a nurturing feel. Charles and Emma have lived at the hall and raised all 3 of their amazing children there, and are now passionate about well-being and giving back, they offer their home for yoga and well-being retreats.

All bedrooms have super comfortable twin or King beds, and there is a heated indoor pool, a stylish dining room, hot tubs, and cold plunges.
Along with Leigh, I will cater a full vegetarian menu with vegan and gluten-free options, it is deliciously healthy food. When I cook for retreats it’s very normal to hear,
“Is this really all vegan?”
“How do you get the flavours?”
“Please please please can I have the recipe?”
I have had people let me know that they never sleep as well as when I cook for them. I confidently promise you will love the food, and so will your body.
In between the expertly orchestrated group sessions, there will be time out to rest, journal, walk, swim, etc, or to chat and connect with like-minded souls, This retreat has been designed to nourish YOU.

How Does the Nourish Retreat Work?
Held by 4 expert facilitators with over a hundred years of experience we will lead you through processes that are proven to not only help relax you but to fundamentally change your energy.
The exact mix of leisure, group work, personal development, and spiritual activation will meet you where you are, and elevate you to the level you are destined to be.
We will be merging Eastern and Western philosophy which includes deep meditation, healing, and somatic bodywork, that fast forwards your journey.
Aimee and Laura have spent the last decade working closely with Divine feminine energy and we will be connecting with goddess Lakshmi bringing an experience of beauty and abundance to your retreat.
And if that wasn’t enough there will be expert personal development leaders who will ensure that through the medium of play, new habits of self-care and wellness, are embedded into the subconscious so that when you return home, you will live the life you always hoped you could.
