I pray for peace in my heart

I pray for peace in my body

I pray for peace for my family

I pray for peace for my friends

I pray for peace for all humanity

I pray for peace for all animals

I pray for peace for Mother Earth

I pray for peace for the water — for the streams, the rivers, the lakes, the seas, the rain

I pray for peace for the soil, for the crops, for the food that nourishes us all

I pray for peace in the skies, in the sun, the moon and the stars, and all the space between

I pray for peace in my footsteps

I pray for peace in my words

I pray for peace in my thoughts

I pray that I may be peace in the world
