What If Tomorrow We Only Have What We Are Grateful For Today

When I read this, it really brings home how important gratitude is.  There are times when I feel so busy, I don’t stop to be grateful, I don’t note all the goodness in my life.  We are so busy working, raising families, socialising, having fun, or just busy doing things we feel we need to do; we can miss out on much of the joy of life.

Spending time being aware of the present moment through mindfulness helps us connect to all that we are and all that we have when we slow down enough to appreciate the beauty of this life. However, when we are feeling lack, lack of love, lack of material wealth, any form of ‘not good enough’, our minds get fixated on this and how to change it.  We become busier, working harder to earn more money, making plans to fill the void in our life.  But the interesting thing I have found is that when we are expressing the vibration of gratitude, then we magnetise all that we need to us. This is the law of attraction in action.

Today try stopping whatever you are doing, perhaps stop scrolling for 2 minutes, take 3 slow breaths, and think THANK YOU.

Thank the universe for your breath, for your body, for your loved ones, just allow yourself to think of all that you are grateful for.

Really feel this in your body, let the mind relax and feel the gratitude.

The more you can do this each day the more you will start attracting positive experiences and abundance into your life.
