✨It’s ok to take a break

☀️It’s more than ok, it’s essential

👩‍👩‍👧‍👦 I have been posting more or less daily this year, I really love creating content and sharing.

And I decided I’d take a few days break while I went to Brighton with my son, to stay with my sister and my niece. I’ve been working pretty hard recently and a few days break was just what we needed.

🌊 We had the best time. The weather was amaze! From winter to summer overnight. I swam in the sea! Twice! I ate the best vegan pear ice cream, and lots of other yummy food, cafe lunches and lazy afternoons where perfect.

🔮I saw a new Crystal Dreaming Client, and had time to do healing work in the Crystals with my sister (more on that later – it was amazing)

🛀I relaxed… no little jobs to do, my mind was present and I loved hanging with my family. I reconnected with my boy, and filled up on love.

🏡 I’m back home and taking it a bit easier this week, but I can already feel the pressure of “I should” building up.

❤️ So this post is mostly a reminder to me that it is great to take a break.
