Gratitude

Sometimes it can feel really hard to be grateful

  • The car we coveted hasn’t made us happy
  • Perhaps our friends holiday feels like it’s more luxurious than ours
  • Or we’d love to be invited out, but it’s another evening at home

Most people feel like this sometimes

And I believe that when we think we “should” be grateful for the abundant lives we lead, and yet we feel differently inside, we feel more disconnected. The truth is that the cars, holidays, new clothes, cocktails, etc  aren’t going to make us happy, happiness comes from inside, happiness comes from realising we are already good enough.

Take a deep breath and

Focus on the small stuff

I find this really helps
